Adam Broussard is the founder of Adam Operations Group. He is a Navy veteran, a Louisiana real estate broker, an entrepreneur, and an operator.
He has spent more than 20 years building, managing, and restructuring local service businesses. That work runs through real estate, construction, property management, acquisitions, financing, and day-to-day operations.
He is the author of Adapt or Be Managed, on the realities of ownership, leadership, operational problems, and the need for systems that can last. The approach at AOG comes from that experience: practical fixes that hold up in a real operation.
